1. Damaged or Missing Items

2.  Exchange Policy (Size Only)
   We offer size exchanges only.

   Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

   Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

   Reverse pickup (where available) or self-shipping instructions will be provided once your exchange is approved.

   Exchanges are subject to stock availability

3. Order Cancellation
   You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it on our website.
   To cancel, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.

   4. Refund Policy
   In the rare case of a refund (due to damaged/missing products or cancelled orders), the refund will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
   Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment

 

5. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any other reason apart from size exchange or damage/missing issues.
